How do I edit my contact details?

Go to My Details -> click on EDIT logo (pen) and update relevant details.

Can I change the primary email from the MQ student email to a personal email address?

No. Macquarie University requires that all student correspondence be sent to your MQ email address (…@students.mq.edu.au).

We recommend you check your email regularly or set up a forward to an email address you check regularly. Special consideration will not be given in any instance where information sent from the Applied Finance Centre is missed because you have not checked your MQ student email account.

How do I get a printout of my results?

Go to ‘My Courses’ and press Control+P to print your results. If you require an official transcript get one here.

I cannot enrol in the unit I want to enrol in?

If you have not completed the pre-requisites for the unit the system will not allow you to enrol. You will need to submit an “Application for Special Approval (Pre requisites)” to have the pre-requisites waived.

I forgot my password. How do I reset my password?

Please email Student Support. iManage is not linked to your OneID.
